Terms of Service — FaithPods

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FaithPods ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FaithPods is operated by Faith Lab ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

FaithPods is a platform that connects Christian podcast hosts with potential guests based on theology, topics, audience alignment, and other fit criteria. The Service includes profile creation, matching, referral tracking, and scheduling tools.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FaithPods for any unlawful purpose, to harass or abuse other users, to post misleading or false information, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Founding Member Pricing

Users who join during the founding period receive a lifetime discount on their subscription. Referral bonuses are applied as described on the platform and are subject to confirmation. Discount percentages are locked in at the time of subscription and do not expire, provided your account remains in good standing.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on FaithPods. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

FaithPods is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
